Age, Qualification and Selection
- Age: 18 to 24 years as on 31 August 2026, with relaxation for eligible reserved categories.
- Qualification: ITI, Diploma, Class 12 or Graduation, depending on the selected apprentice category.
- Application Fee: Nil for all categories. Do not pay any person or unofficial website.
- Selection: merit-based selection and document verification. No written examination or interview is listed for this apprenticeship engagement.
Age Relaxation and Documents
- Upper-age relaxation: OBC(NCL) 3 years; SC/ST 5 years; PwBD up to 10 / 13 / 15 years for UR-EWS / OBC / SC-ST respectively, as per Government rules.
- Apply on correct portal: Trade apprentices usually register through NAPS; Technician / Graduate apprentices use NATS as instructed for their discipline in the official notice.
- Keep ready: Aadhaar / ID proof, age proof, ITI / Diploma / Class 12 / degree documents, marksheets, caste / PwBD certificate, bank details, photo and the required location-preference form.
- Important: apprenticeship training does not create a right to regular employment with IndianOil.
