Role-wise Eligibility Highlights
- Deputy Manager — AI / IT Security / Cyber Security: age 25–35 years; relevant BE / B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech or MSc qualification and specified IT / cyber experience. AI Specialist requires 4 years of IT experience, including relevant AI / ML work.
- DVP cyber roles: age 35–45 years; degree or MCA / ME / MTech / MSc plus 12+ years of relevant technology or cyber-security experience.
- Manager — HR: age 28–40 years; MBA / PGDM / PGDBM in HR / HRD / HRM plus at least 6 years’ post-qualification HR experience.
- Enterprise Architecture roles: DCTO age 42–50 with 18 years’ IT experience; VP age 40–48 with 15 years’ IT experience. Engineering degree / MCA and TOGAF certification are compulsory for these roles.
Eligibility and Selection
- Qualification: Relevant BE/B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, MBA/HR or other post-specific qualification and experience.
- Age: Varies considerably by role; verify the advertisement for the selected post.
- Selection: shortlisting and interview. CTC negotiation follows interview for contractual positions; a written exam is not listed for these three advertisements.
- Fee: ₹750 for General / EWS / OBC candidates; no fee for SC / ST / PwBD candidates.
Documents Required
- Recent photograph, signature, detailed resume / biodata, photo ID and date-of-birth proof.
- Degree, marksheets, professional certifications, experience certificates and current-employment proof such as Form 16 / offer letter / salary slip.
